President Akufo-Addo picks new voters ID card

Monday August 3rd, 2020. President Nana Akufo - Addo took his turn to register for a new voter ID card at Rock of Ages Registration centre at Kyebi in the Abuakwa South District in the Eastern Region.


H.E Nana Addo was accompanied by the first Lady of the Land Mrs. Rebecca Akufo - Addo and his children.


Both were taken through the covid-19 safety protocols such as taken of their temperatures, washing their hands with soap under running water before they were registered.


He then added by saying people should register so that "when the D-Day comes they can also participate in choosing the government of their choice."

H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo Self-Isolates After Close Person Tests Positive for Coronavirus

By: Qwame Macshat The president of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo has taken a 14-day precautionary self-isolation period. In a press release announced  by the Ministry of Information signed by Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, the president had to go into self-isolation after one person in his close circle tested positive for Covid-19.
