Information reaching the front desk of 89Buzz.com today indicates that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) boycotted the IPAC meeting at the Electoral Commission (EC).

Per a close source, the boycotts of the IPAC meeting by the NDC's is allegedly base on the New Voters Register.
